What makes JOI® different from traditional plant milks?
Unlike traditional cartons that are mostly water, JOI® is a shelf-stable concentrate. You simply add water and blend to create fresh, creamy plant milk at home without the additives, gums, or preservatives found in store-bought brands.
How long does a jar of JOI® last once opened?
Because JOI® is a concentrate with low water activity, our nut bases are shelf-stable for up to 12 months after opening. There is no refrigeration required for the concentrate itself, though prepared milk should be kept in the fridge and enjoyed within 7 days.
Are JOI® products gluten-free and vegan?
Yes, all JOI® products are 100% plant-based, vegan, and gluten-free. We use high-quality, non-GMO ingredients to ensure our concentrates meet the highest dietary standards.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold, which will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
